In today’s internationalized and constantly changing business environment, modern enterprises have to undertake a more active role in the societies in which they operate and recognize their responsibilities to the social and natural environments, contributing to progress and prosperity and also protecting and promoting human dignity.
The European Union has indeed a web of laws and rules that encourage such practices creating a climate that favours social offer and sensitization. After all, firms are a living part of society; they affect it and are affected by it. And they leave their mark not only through their ability to make profits, but also by acting with social responsibility, conscientiousness and morality. In this context PROLAT plays a leading part by taking various initiatives and proving its social sensitivity with actions.
